Slow and low is the key to this hearty cold weather soup. The traditional Argentine version of Locro is made with potatoes, chick peas, corn and butternut squash. For meat lovers, add your favorite protein - lamb or beef - to give it an extra layer of flavor. All versions are gluten free and can be ordered as veggie or meat version in 32oz or 16oz. Makes a great gift too!
All soups are made to order fresh. Please allow a minimum of 48-72 hours for preparation and local (DC/MD/VA area) delivery.
