Although this recipe calls for just a hand full of fresh ingredients, it is packed with rich and creamy flavor - with no cream needed! Sopa de Coliflor (cauliflower) can be served hot or chilled and is full of vitamins and minerals. This is an adaptation from my mother's recipe that she loved to make as the weather started to get colder. Sopa de Coliflor is a traditional dish most common in the Patagonia region of Argentina.
All soups are made to order fresh. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for preparation and local (DC/MD/VA area) delivery. Orders outside of the metro DC area may take up to a week for preparation and delivery. Only available during peak season: October-March.
